Personalet i receptionen var imødekommende, smilende og serviceminded - det samme var morgenpersonalet i restauranten.

Aftentjenerne i restauranten, kunne godt bruge en oplæring i at servicere med ro og snilde + smile. De var ikke imødekommende og vi følte at vi ikke var helt velkommen.

Ausstattung des Hotels und der Zimmer und sehr nettes Personal und durch das im Haus befindliche Restaurant sind die Wege insgesamt sehr kurz

trotz vorherigem Ausfüllen der Firmenadresse über den per E-Mail zuvor zugesandten Link, waren die Daten beim Einchecken nicht hinterlegt und mussten an der Rezeption erneut angegeben werden
