"Om Karlo Vivary en omgeving te ontdekken prima plek."

Is een oude hotel uit de gouden tijd. Op loopafstand van Karlo Vivary. Parkeren voor de deur tegen betaling.

De wellness is niet meer van deze tijd. Ook alleen maar oude mensen die aan het kuren zijn. Personeel oostblok vriendelijk.

"Not What We Expected from a Superior Hotel"

Vintage interior design and hotel territory with beautiful nature. Nice breakfast

The number of elderly Russian guests in the hotel, especially in the wellness area, was quite surprising. We felt more as if we were staying in a Soviet-era seniors' sanatorium than in a superior hotel. In addition, our room was not cleaned properly, and we found clumps of dust in the bathroom. Overall, the room felt somewhat dusty. At times, some staff members were not very polite. For example, the receptionist seemed visibly irritated when we paid by card or when we returned to the hotel a little later at night and she had to open the entrance door for us. It also seemed rather unusual that the hotel closes at midnight.

Tolle Lage, mondänes Flair

Lange vorher gebuchte Massage entfiel, ohne dass mir das mitgeteilt wurde. Eine Entschuldigung fehlte. Mir wurde nur mitgeteilt, dass die Kosten von der Rechnung gestrichen werden

"Toller Kurzurlaub in einem sehr schönen Hotel"

Sehr schönes Hotel. Die Lage sehr ruhig, in das Zentrum von Karlsbad braucht man ca. 15 Min. Personal sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Freitags war sogar Live Musik mit Tanz. SPA- Bereich ist in Ordnung. Die Sauna Regeln müssten allerdings überarbeitet werden!!!! Wir werden auf alle Fälle wieder kommen. Sehr gute Parkplatzsituation, findet man sonst nicht so oft !
