Villa Franceschi Hotel & Resort

Beautiful setting & park, very nice newly renovated room, direct access from the room to the park (we have dogs). We had a major complaint as our room-service didn‘t arrive within one hour and when asking the staff reacted not in the right way; but finally it was clear that the mistake was based on a misunderstanding and the staff apologized in a very nice way and gave us the room-service free of charge. So happy end and a very nice stay after all.

Симпатичная вилла, очень приветливый персонал. Видно, что это семейный отель и управляет им всего несколько человек. В отеле есть ресторан, который видимо популярен у местной публики. Меню не большое и цены выше среднего.

Рекомендую заменить смесители в душе, текут из всех щелей. И что-то сделать с кофе на завтрак, вроде есть нормальная кофемашина, но капучино просто ужасный, горький, а пенка как мыльная.

Lack of understanding

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare per la seconda volta insieme a mia moglie al Relais Villa Franceschi e l’esperienza è stata nuovamente splendida. La struttura, a conduzione familiare con una lunga tradizione, trasmette fin dal primo momento un senso di accoglienza e calore: lo staff è stato cortesissimo, facendoci sentire come a casa. Il ristorante propone una cucina eccellente, con piatti curati e di qualità, accompagnati da un servizio sempre attento, cordiale e discreto. La posizione è ideale per visitare il Veneto: immersa nella tranquillità, ma al tempo stesso a breve distanza da Venezia. La Villa, con architettura tipica delle dimore nobiliari di fine Settecento, è circondata da un parco meraviglioso, curato in ogni dettaglio, con una piscina elegante che invita al relax. L’atmosfera unisce perfettamente charme, tradizione e comfort moderno. Un soggiorno indimenticabile, che consiglio vivamente a chi cerca ospitalità autentica, bellezza storica e qualità gastronomica.
