הדבר היחיד זה המיקום חוץ מזה שום דבר היגענו ב11 לא היה אף אחד חוץ מדייר אחד שעזר לנו .היינו כמעט שעתיים בחוץ ובאמצע הלילה זה לא נעים

לדעתי שרות ניקיון לנקות את כל העובש באמ טיה והחלפת מגבות ואיש שרות ולא כל דבר צריך להתקשר למנהל

Locația este foarte bună, foarte aproape de calea Victoriei și foarte bine conectata cu toate zonele Bucureștiului prin transportul în comun, statiile de autobuz (și autobuze de noapte) fiind langa hotel. Asistenta prin whatsapp este foarte prompta. Am avut ceva probleme cu accesul în camera, acesta fiind pe baza unui cod

Hotelul este cam ponosit, dar nu murdar. Nu sunt sigura dacă aerul condiționat merge deoarece era un ventilator în camera. Întrucât am stat intr-o perioada in care nu era nevoie sa îl pornim nu l-am testat. Accesul în camera este pe baza unui cod. Atunci când se atinge prima tasta de fapt se activează tastatura și nu se înregistrează prima tasta a Codului. Cel puțin asa a fost în cazul nostru. Din acest motiv am avut probleme cu intrarea în camera însă ni s-a răspuns foarte prompt pe whatsapp și nu a trebuit sa asteptam, usa activandu-se și de la distanta.
