Position was good, friendly staff at check-in and check-out. Room pretty good, comfortable and clean.

Very poor internet signal. Rude person on reception when asking for an internet improvement, in the afternoon/evening of 25 May, poor English and bad communication skills. That person's attitude does not have a positive impact over the hotel reputation.

The hotel is great, very close to the center. Very Clean! The staff are very friendly and nice. Food traditionally good, and the restaurant have an amazing wiew. The hote a big parking, that is very helpful for visit Belgrade. In the loby the of the hotel they have also coffe, thea and fresh fruit during all day and night.
