Oda büyüklüğü iyiydi, lokasyon güzeldi.

Check out günü çıkışımıza 20 dakika kala oda kartımız çalışmadığı için 3 kez resepsiyona inip çıkmak zorunda kaldık. Her seferinde bu sefer düzelmiş olmalı dendi. Sonuncu da uçağımıza yetişeceğimizi ve birinin bizimle odaya çıkmasını rica ettik. Eşlik edilmedi, 3. De çalıştı. Uçağa yetişme telaşında böyle bir aksilik tadımızı kaçırdı.

Perfect location, cozy & well-equipped rooms, very helpful staff, good breakfast. Happy to get an upgrade and mini-bar for free.

Замечательное расположение в центре города, удобно добираться пешком до Кнез Михайлова, Калемегдана, просто погулять по центру. Отель очень уютный, номера удобные и хорошо оборудованные, персонал отзывчивый, неплохой завтрак. Всегда приятно получать апгрейд как постоянным посетителям.

Как всегда, единственное неудобство доставляет лифт)

The location was good. The bed in the room was comfortable. Breakfast food choice was decent.

The bathroom layout was an issue. The bathtub was located almost in the middle of the bathroom and there were no curtains so the whole floor was covered in water after taking a shower. There was a clogging in the bathtub which was a big issue as well. The AC did not work in the room since apparently it is a heating season in Serbia and they switch off AC in all rooms, which makes a room very hot. The heating radiators made a lot of noise at night so it was impossible to sleep without earplugs. The furniture in the room was old and outdated. The elevator fits only two people so it took at least 5 minutes each time to wait for your turn to use it. Also you need to take stairs first with a heavy luggage to reach the elevator. Expected a lot more from Mercure. The property does not fit a 4 star rating. It should be not more than 3 stars.
