Lage ist zentral.

Eine Hotel kurz vor Schliessung aufgrund bevorstehender Totalrenovation. Ein Komplex ist bereits in Renovation. D.h. Baugerüste beim Eingangsbereich, Staub und Baulärm. Diese Umstände mögen die unmotivierte Stimmung im Haus und die vernachlässigte Pflege (Reinigung, Zimmerservice, marode und schmuddelige Kaffeemaschine etc). begründen. In einem Drittel des Frühstücksraum darf geraucht werden. Der Zigarettengeruch ist jedoch überall.

Čistoća, udobnost i sama lokacija su ok.

Zgrada i objekat su veoma stari, što na slikama nije prikazano, odvojen wc od kupatila i praistorijska kada. Utičnica od tv ispala iz kućišta što je veoma opasno i nesigurno. U hotelu je navedeno da se garaža posebno naručuje i plaća, iako je na bookingu bilo u sadržajima. Prema tome, ponuda na sajtu i realno stanje nisu ni približno.
