Le personnel est au top. Merci à eux pour leur gentillesse et pour les bons conseils. Le personnel était très gentil aussi avec notre fille de 4 ans. L'hôtel, la chambre, les draps de lit et la salle de bain sont propres. L'emplacement de l'hôtel est très bien pour aller à Gardaland et aussi dans les environs. Le personnel donne de bons conseils pour visiter des lieux, des plages, des villages etc.

Le lit et le matelas : inconfortable. Chambre donnant sur l'arrière de la cuisine donc avec odeurs pas toujours très agréable

Hotel is dated. Person at reception not exactly enthusiastic to welcome customers, took her a long time to check us in, did not know we had two bookings and did not know we had breakfast. For reviews stating breakfast was good: it was not. Below basic, not much to choose.

Good breakfast, easy place to get in and out of. Pool was nice. Got some local guidance on visiting a wine yard.

A bit noisy, what with the little children and all, but that's more of a complaint towards the parents than the hotel.

Wir waren auf der Rückreise von Sardinien,und haben in diesem Hotel nur eine Nacht verbracht. Nach der anstrengenden Anreise wollten wir uns am Nachmittag am Pool erholen. Dies war leider nicht möglich. Der Pool war nicht sauber,das Wasser trüb. Sonnenschirme gab es auch keine am Pool. Eigentlich war überhaupt nichts für Gäste am Pool vorbereitet. Eine Nacht in diesem Hotel zu verbringen ist ok. Einen längeren Aufenthalt würde ich in diesem Hotel eher nicht mehr buchen
