Had a lovely stay at Panorama Suites June 19-22/24. Excellent location, clean, nice rooms and incredible caldera views. The staff was friendly, helpful and the service was excellent. Our server (Goga), never left us wanting for anything! Custom breakfast was a nice change from the usual buffets and all the meals we had, were great. Look forward to returning soon!

The property was unique and the views were spectacular. Walking distance to many restaurants and shops. We knew there would be a lot of steps but it still made some things difficult.
This is a beautiful property with breakfast served poolside overlooking the water. Breakfast was excellent. Staff was wonderful!!! Loved our balcony overlooking the water - very picturesque. However, need to be able to walk up and down steps easily for this property Would highly recommend!

Clean and comfortable. Friendly and helpful staff/ Excellent location with direct unobstructed sunset view of the caldera from the room as well as the common pool. Literally right on the main Fira shopping street without the noise
