Il verde, la larghezza delle camere e l’ampiezza del soffitto, lo spazio fuori

Abbiamo avuto una serie di disguidi, che possono capitare, ma ci è parso che lo staff dell’hotel, tranne la receptionist che ci ha accolto la sera del nostro arrivo che è stata molto gentile, non ci abbia trattato con la giusta educazione. Abbiamo dovuto far valere le nostre ragioni più volte e alla fine ci è stato proposto uno sconto in compenso dei disguidi, però non ci siamo sentiti ascoltati.

Bella struttura immersa nel verde e vicina al parco "Leolandia". Lo staff è stato cordiale. Scelta varia nel buffet della colazione. Ampio e comodo parcheggio sotterraneo a disposizione della struttura.

Poca attenzione alla manutenzione della camera: - Pulizia stanza mediocre (pareti della doccia con muffa, sotto i letti sporcizia). - aria condizionata praticamente inesistente (un fancoil che alla massima velocità non riusciva ad abbassare nemmeno di 1 grado la temperatura interna) - minibar non funzionante
