Staff support was exceptional. The evening staff assisted us with local places to visit and booking a boat tour. Wonderful and clean property. Would highly recommend this hotel.
On checkin staff did not have our room setup correctly and couldn’t figure out which room was ours. (This was at 9:30pm well after check in time) Our hot water shower was broken and we had to wait for a plumber and were not offered any other options in the mean time. Staff were rude and unhelpful. Do not recommend.
This family owned property was absolutely AMAZING! It was was exactly as described. The staff was extremely friendly and knowledgeable and went out of their way to make it a wonderful experience on the island. HIGHLY recommend

We recently stayed here for our honeymoon &loved our time. When we first arrived we were informed that their system had actually booked us in in the previous year (2022) and they had no rooms left for us night one. So to make up for that mishap, the owner booked us in at a high end hotel at the other end of town and covered the cost of that. He also drove us there and picked us up the next day so we didn't have to arrange our own transportation. The owner was so kind. Once we did check in the next day the stay was great. it was so close to the main area of town, about a 2 minute walk. We wanted to rent a quad for the day, so the owner called a few rental companies and got us a great rate which saved us about $20.00. Overall, would highly recommend staying here as you wont be disappointed.
We were happy with our stay at Aeolis. For the price it has everything you need and we enjoyed the location. Staff were very nice especially the receptionist on the night shift!
