Masseria Bandino & Spa

Reception staff very helpful. Snack bar staff lovely. We had a two lovely meals in the restaurant, beautifully presented. Spa treatment was very good.

Not having to pay to use the Spa area. It would have been nice to have transport back from the town in the evening and not finishing at 6.00 pm

The spa, the staff, the pool and the food. Very quiet and a lovely place to stay.

The only issue we had is that our ac stopped working the last night.

Beautiful setting, well maintained, quiet and clean Masseria. The staff were all accommodating and welcoming. Particularly the reception and pool-bar staff but also Paolo the sommelier who we did a wine-tasting with was knowledgable and friendly. The ristorante was delicious. The free shuttle buggy to Otranto was great, and the spa and pool areas were amazing.

Hot breakfast options were limited. We would have appreciated some other dining recommendations away from the Masseria. We visited the nextdoor restaurant Sirocco which was fabulous but unfortunately this was discouraged by Bandino Masseria, which is a shame.

Struttura splendida, estremamente curata e immersa in una tranquillità assoluta. Il personale è il vero valore aggiunto: attentissimo a ogni dettaglio, sempre disponibile e molto simpatico. Nota di merito anche per la cucina, davvero di ottimo livello. La posizione è strategica: la pace della campagna salentina a pochissimi minuti di auto dal centro di Otranto. È il classico posto in cui non vedi l'ora di tornare. Consigliatissimo!

The rural setting just out of town. The pool is fantastic and the breakfast was good. Staff were very attentative to my dietary requirements and the food was good A food platter around the pool was excellent
