I loved the Chalet, the staff and the incredible Italian hospitality

The breakfast experience was quite disappointing. There were no heaters to keep the eggs warm, resulting in them being served cold. Additionally, there was no selection of vegetables or fruit, making the options very limited. My car was taken away and parked somewhere without any communication about its location. Despite the hotel's claim that parking is free and no reservation is required, I was unexpectedly charged €175 for parking. The ski room was not secured as advertised. While it was supposed to be accessible only by card, it remained unlocked, allowing anyone to enter and take equipment freely. This raises serious concerns about security and guest safety. The room itself was outdated, with a cheap mattress and low-quality bedding, making for an uncomfortable stay. Additionally, while the bathroom had a hot tub with a jacuzzi function, it was not working, which was frustrating given the expectation of this amenity. Overall, these issues significantly impacted my stay, and I would not recommend this hotel to others unless improvements are made.

This hotel is awesome, with super friendly staff who really make you feel welcome. The rooms are gorgeous, especially for the price—you get a lot of bang for your buck. It's comfortable, stylish, and they pay attention to all the little details that make your stay enjoyable.

Very kind and helpful staff for housekeeping and breakfast service. Hotel was quiet, comfortable and well organised.

Half-board dinner for a week's stay was not suitable for our purposes. The fine dining hotel restaurant option for a week did not include any vegetables or salad, and choices became monotonous. The restaurant arrangements were inflexible and service often felt rushed.
