The hosts were very nice and good to talk to. The room was very clean and the breakfast was good. The Budgerigars made us feel homesick.

Paolo, I forgot to mention the aircon is noisey, sounds like a Ducati single clattering away. Also make sure you don't catch the wrong train to Lastra a Signa from Firenze.
