USProperty is in a great location. Walking distance to the popular St. Pete Beach bars and right across the street from the beach. It is right at a public beach access so expect the beach to be crowded but there is a snack bar that serves breakfast, lunch, and frozen drink right at the access. Condo also had chairs and an umbrella for us to use which was very nice as we flew in and couldn’t bring our own.
USThe staff was so helpful. I arrived midnight, i didn't know who to contact, office was closed. I called the phone number, the guy that answered was so helpful and patient, i couldn't hardly see to read my phone cause it was dark outside the building, but he was so patient with me, i finally figured what to do. God bless him! Also a few days later, toilet tank quit filling with water. I called front desk, she got it fixed right away, thank you! The location was so perfect, so close to a lot of things, restaurant, stores, bars, etc. The beach were so nice, with white powdery sands. I am for sure coming back.
Walls were thin, you can hear people next door. Closet were full of janitorial supplies, i couldn't use it, plus closet doors were out of alignment. Other than these things, i so enjoyed my stay. Thank you so much👍

USIt was clean, quiet & loved the pool.
The bed was very uncomfortable & the trash bags were incredibly cheap for the amount that we paid.
USWe actually did NOT stay at Gulf Winds because it was damaged from the hurricanes still. TRS ended up putting us directly on the beach at The Caprice and we were upgraded from a studio to a 2 bedroom 2 bath with an ocean view. Our room was ready 3 hours early and the staff, specifically LeeAnn and Theresa were absolutely AMAZING. They were extremely hospitable and made sure we had everything we needed and answered all our questions. The other guests at the condos were also very friendly and inviting. After staying at the Caprice, we will be looking to stay there again on our annual vacation next year.
