Very relaxing stay, pool and Spa facilities very good. Great Massage with Nancy. Choice of two restaurants we had the tasting menu at Komfort was excellent. Staff very welcoming and friendly.

We had a fabulous 2 days here to celebrate New Years. Lovely friendly hotel. The restaurants were amazing. Brad the chef in Komfort was brilliant with us as we had an issue with the HB options. He was the solution master. Food was brilliant after he created 4 courses for us. A big call out to Anibop, he made our stay what it was, welcoming and excellent. Anibop and his team Alesandro, Paul and Moured were first class on the service. Nothing was too much trouble. We had New Year’s Eve at Beat restaurant which was stunning Michelin star food. Sommelier was great on the evening. Highly recommend this place if you want small and friendly with outstanding food on offer

It was quite sad to see 2 recent not very good ratings about this hotel. I stayed here with my friend 14-19th October and WOW! The breakfast was very good, the hotel itself is lovely, yes there were a couple of minor issues in the room, but this was outweighed by the superb friendly staff, who could not do enough to help you. We ate in BEAT one night and the food was amazing. The pool was a bit chilly (only one way in!) but so peaceful with no poolside music or activities. We loved it and would highly recommend and will look forward to returning there in the future. Thank you for a memorable stay. Oh just one small thing! please could you put kettles in the room as well as coffee machines? We love a cup of tea first thing in the morning.

Loved it, service e collect, good excellent, very clean

This was short weekend visit , luckily not my holiday, visiting friends , otherwise I would be even more disappointed it. Beds - very hard (make sure you ask for toppers on arrival) Bathrooms - bath full or rust, old mouldy filler around bath, all the accessories in bathroom covered with grease and dust (assuming sunblock spray never cleaned), clearly not cleaned in ages. Floors are never washed in the room during stay so you get black feet walking around from the dust Balcony is not nice, the top of your balcony wall, soooo dirty. Old sunbeds, not comfortable. Zero privacy on the balcony , you can just look at each other as the tiny bit of glass does nothing. Breakfast total shocker, I never ever been anywhere where they cannot make an omelette. Its only continental breakfast with option of eggs . Went for cheese and tomato omelette. I have travelled a lot in my life all over the world, but hands down, this was the worst omelette . It was overcooked, dry and the cheese was hard lump of cheese in the middle, which is not suitable for omelette at all as does not melt, and large slice of tomato in the middle, what chef would even let this leave the kitchen?? Turns out there is no chef there at breakfast but your waiter will cook your omelette. I had one bite and left it, the waiter asked me what is wrong, and I have told him is not good. He then went and cooked my another one ,despite me telling him NO. His Words "give me another chance, I am not a chef" Believe you me I know he was not a chef after the 1st one ,and the 2nd one was as bad. Is not his fault but the management, who gets waiters to cook your breakfast ?? surely not any reputable hotel??? The staff was polite overall and friendly but would not stay there even if you pay me. So for £400 for 3 nights , complete disappointment.

The nearest the chef had been to the boasted Michelin was probably changing a tyre. DONT consider the HB option it's a sham. I could expand ......

Atención estupenda

We spent a lovely week in the Cook Book hotel. The staff are top class ! We were brought to our room by Miguel carrying 2 cold beers for us. Paul gave us directions to anywhere in town. Queque lent us his cork screw. And Anabal rang before we even left home to check if we had any requests. I had a lovely massage from Gemma. The food was really good.

El hotel esta bien en general, pero falta hacer una reforma en consonancia al restaurante. Cuando vas a un restaurante asi, esperas diseño y todo bien cuidado en habitaciones.
