Hôtel Passerelle Liège

Friendly receptionist for a very busy overbooked night in Liège. This helped me well even though the hotel is not great. The location is alright. The room was quite decent. That's all I can say for this stay.

Hotel tombant en ruine , couloirs - escaliers et espace dejeuner horribles , chambre desuete et malpropre , poussieres partout , prix exageres !!! A eviter absolument et je ne parle pas du quartier version tiers-monde ... this hotel is a shame . It is dark and shabby, rooms are small and the shower was broken in our room. Also overpriced. The surrounding area seems unsafe and it is very noisy. Wouldn't stay here again.

We had to share a double room with our friends who had already paid euros 550 for 3 nights for the room, however we were charged a further euros 300 on top just to share this room for one night! Will never go back, and extremely poor room for the high rates charged.

I expected more for 200€. The room was tiny; the shower room was ok. Wallpaper in the room is peeling off the walls. The main stairs going up are extremely narrow and steep. The whole place is worn down and pieced together. The reception was very helpful. Breakfast was 'ok'.

Hotel reasonably well located for the city centre (easy walk), but expensive for what is offered, and 20 euro a night for secure parking which can barely accommodate a medium sized car (Alfa Giulietta) is outrageous, especially as the Easytobook listing makes no mention of this charge.

By no means luxurious, but what do you expect for this sort of money? Front desk service was great though. Nothing was too much trouble, they were friendly and efficient. The decor is a bit tatty, but generally the place was full of character. When we arrived we thought it was a bit of a dump, but by the time we left we were describing it as 'a bit of a find'!

This is our 2nd time here in this hotel and a lot has changed for the good but yes there are few changes are being done. Can not fault this hotel for what you get and the service with hotel is impeccable.

I know you make it while you can but doubling the rate (155 euros) for a single, seems extreme. dark, poorly lit room and overall shabbynessof the total hotel. the staff however was very helpful.

the breakfast room is unpleassant and dark, our room and bathroom was very small, but the position is good, if you have bussines outre meuse and they have a parking place if needed.
