El complejo es muy antiguo. Tuvimos la suerte de que había pocos huéspedes y entonces fue tranquilo, pero no quisiera ir nunca en pleno verano pues habría muy poco espacio para aparcar. A quién no le guste el ruido de los coches o motos, es mejor que no vaya, porque al estar al lado del circuito de Misano, se oye durante todo el día los ruidos de las carreras. Tienen una piscina agradable.
