Accueil exceptionnel par le jeune homme qui s’occupe de la Réception. Très grande courtoisie, il nous a aidé à monter nos valises, s’est occupé de nous aider et nous a accompagné au parking. Hôtel très bien placé, tout près du centre-ville, les chambres sont agréables, literie confortable. Nous n’avons pas du tout été gênés la nuit, tout a été très calme. Les petits déjeuners sont excellents, copieux et variés. Nous recommandons vivement cet hôtel.

Das Team vom Hotel ist super hilfsbereit und wir möchten uns nochmals für die "Starthilfe" bedanken die Sie uns bei unserem Cabrio gegeben haben. Die Lage vom Hotel ist ideal für eine Stadtbesichtigung von Pilsen und das Restaurant im Hotel ist sehr zu empfehlen.

Sehr gute Lage, freundliches Personal, eines der ältesten Häuser der Stadt sehr geschmackvoll renoviert, gute Küche

Die Eingangssituation mit Restaurant etwas gewöhnungsbedürftig. Es gibt allerdings schöne Gewölberestaurants im Haus, die am Sonntag geschlossen waren.
