Velice příjemný hotel na lukrativním místě. Z pokojů ve vyšším patře (měl jsem) je krásně vidět na Kolonádu a celé Mariánské Lázně. Snídaně výborné, pestrý výběr. Určitě doporučuji a děkuji za velmi příjemný pobyt.

"Dobrý poměr kvalita/cena."

Snídaně velmi dobrá, výborná lokalita v centru.

Hotel je vybaven starším nábytkem, který nese známky opotřebení, ale vše funguje. Parkování na ulici za vyšší hodinový poplatek, ale dostatek parkovacích míst.

Vynikající poloha hotelu, skvělá snídaně.

Manželská postel byla sestavena ze dvou postelí, kde se trochu rozjížděly matrace.

Die Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfreich, überall ist sauber.

Laut der Ausstattungsliste auf der Website sollte das Zimmer schallisoliert sein, was aber nicht stimmte. Ich konnte meine Nachbarn und alles, was im Flur vor sich ging, hören. Es war etwas enttäuschend, den Pool zu sehen, der tatsächlich sehr klein und für Schwimmer ungeeignet ist. Das Wasser und die Umgebung waren jedoch sauber.

"Keine schlechte Unterkunft aber nicht perfekt"

Das Frühstück war sehr umfangreich und schmackhaft. Der Kellner war freundlich und hat sich bemüht alle Gäste zufrieden zu stellen. Das Haus könnte eine Teilrenovierung gebrauchen.

Die Fassade zur Kolonade ist teilweise recht stark an den Balkonen beschädigt. Dort könnte es auch sauberer sein. Das Treppenhaus ist erwas in die Jahre gekommen und der Wellnessbereich ist sehr klein.
