The food was poor quality and selection The staff was rude and impolite The treatments were old style Not worth paid money It was t like 5 star hotel at all with service staff facilities and poor food

The staff was very unhelpful, very rude totally not relevant for 5 star hogel.

The food was terrible, no selection and what was offered was poor quality All the treatments that they offere were very old style and poor quality The staff was rude The facilities were old Not worth that high prices After 7 o clock they switch off the big screen in the dining area even they dont care that guest want to watch the world cup football games

The location and the breakfast

The medical facilities were much less than expected also the medical staff barely speaks English

Tolle Lage, das gesamte Hotel ist sehr sauber, leckeres und vielfältiges Frühstück und Abendessen, sehr schöner Wellnessbereich, bequeme Betten, sogar einige deutsche Fernsehsender

Die Geräte im Fitnessraum sind ziemlich veraltet. Außerdem ist er auch nicht sehr groß. Der Parkplatz für 25 Euro pro Tag ist schon arg teuer.
