Super ochotný personál. Starší paní,která neměla problém počkat. Nestíhal jsem Check-In do 20.00, ale paní na nás počkala do 20.45 bez problémů. Všichni milý, slušní, ochotní. Všude čisto a příjemné prostředí - až skoro rodinná atmosféra. Na pláž je to od ubytování cca. 15 minut pěší chůze. Ráno byla bezva snídaně s výbornou kávou. Mohu jen doporučit.

Non e' la prima volta che soggiorniamo a Villa Rosy, riteniamo sia un'ottima struttura comodo il parcheggio e i servizi forniti, belle le camere il mare poi e' splendido e un pochino selvaggio speriamo resti sempre cosi'......... ci piace moltissimo Torre del Lago riteniamo sia un'oasi di pace Villa Rosy e' sempre il nostro punto di riferimento sono tutti gentilissimi e cordiali.
