Unfreundliches Personal, zu geizig beim Frühstück… nicht mal Obst was man an seinem Tisch hatte durfte mann mitnehmen.. entweder stopfst du das noch am Frührstücksraum dir rein oder lässt es bleiben.

Alles,system,frühstück,personal,Zimmer,klima,Wc hat immer wassergeräusche,Kein schlaf abbekommen,maximal eine 3/10 das hotel,so eine Geldverschwendung,würde ich es anzeigen würde ich das Geld zurückbekommen so eine Katastrophe war alles

Das Frühstück war für italienische Verhältnisse sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich und bemüht.

Bei der Ankunft mussten wir feststellen, dass das Hotel auf dem Dach 4 große Sendemasten hatte, was auf den Fotos nicht ersichtlich war. Das wäre für uns ein Grund gewesen, nicht zu buchen. Hier sollte es entsprechende Hinweise geben. Das Hotel ist sehr hellhörig und ist bei Partygästen scheinbar sehr beliebt. Wir haben daher sehr schlecht geschlafen.
