Hotel Mirador de La Franca

Der Ort ist wunderschön. Das Hotel in die Jahre gekommen aber ok. Essen war io und das Servicepersonal sehr nett

Die Reception war nicht sehr freundlich

Excellent views of the beach from the room, which was quite nice and on a lower level for an elderly guest with breathing difficulties, which to be fair they did arrange ahead of the visit. The hotel is well appointed and very nice inside with lovely decor and atmosphere. Staff did accomodate a vegetarian option for one of our guests after he was given pork in his pasta ( this I feel was just basically a translation issue.) The hotel did serve food earlier in the evening than most places we had visited in Northern Spain, which was great

The main drawback was unfortunately the food. The staff did try their best to be fair, to understand specific requests, but, some food was sent back to be cooked further and still come back bloody after 3 attempts putting our guests x 5, off our food. Again purely a translation issue and possibly how food is served in different regions and hotels, so not the food itself, but how we liked it cooked. It was not easy to see what certain foods were served with to be honest. My elderly parents travelled in a motorhome with us but stayed in hotels so they were comfortable, but we needed to be on hand incase one of them fell, and one of them did on a step in the bathroom, cutting his hand. The receptionist was very staunch in not letting us be allowed to be parked in the hotel carpark, which I understand as this is a 4 star hotel, this was by far not the nicest of the 4 hotels we had booked for them though 4 star or not. It was the only hotel from 4 booked that wouldn't allow this and the only one that an incident occurred in, were they had fallen, were we were actually needed. We stayed in a camping facility over the road with services and hook up which was better for us. The room was a bit cold in the night time for our elderly guests also

Me gusto la Ubicacion

La ubicación del hotel en la playa de la Franca es perfecta, el hotel es muy bonito y el sitio es ideal. El desayuno buenísimo, muy completo y con mucha variedad.

Algunos detalles como la almohada, porta rollo del papel higiénico o ducha, son de poca calidad para la categoría del hotel.

Hotel situat a una cala molt bonica, habitació amplia i còmoda, bany espectacular, zones comuns molt maques amb decoració cuidada i vistes magnífiques, ambient relaxant, esmorzar de qualitat en menjador amb vistes.

Que no ens donessin una habitació amb vistes al mar.
