Casi todo. Ubicación, edificio, limpieza, tamaño de la habitación, etc.

No estaba habilitada la piscina exterior, ni zonas exteriores para comer o beber algo. Check in amable pero muy lento.

Beautiful hotel, lovely and helpful staff. We truly enjoyed our stay and highly recommend this hotel. The room was very comfortable, spacious and the bed was perfect!

"We changed from Lena as there was a big festival on, but would have preferred to stay there."

Lovely town and Parador was fine. The palace and grounds were very interesting.

The town was very small with not a lot to see and few good restaurants during April.

La persona de recepción del hotel fue muy amable y nos explicó todo muy bien.

Me pareció increíble que siendo un cambio de fecha en la reserva y siendo una tarifa más cara la que abonamos por Booking en su fecha, no nos ofrecieran el desayuno cuando habíamos pagado por una triple e íbamos al final sólo dos personas.
