Property Notes

Children up to 12 years old using extra beds will be charged 25% of the standard room rate per child, per night. The town of Lerma celebrates the Patron Saint Festival between the 30 August and the 9 September, with music and attractions until the early hours. For this reason, the Parador cannot guarantee the peace and quiet that it would usually hope to offer. During the festivities, the Plaza Mayor and Plaza de San Blas will be closed off to parking. You will be able to park at the rear of the hotel or in the hotel garage, with an additional cost. Please note that drinks are not included in the Half Board and Full Board rates. A deposit may be required at the property.

"Decepcionante"

El edificio es espectacular.

Un poco decepcionada. La cama de la habitación pequeña, en el baño no había ni un triste cepillo de dientes de cortesía, se oía a las personas de la habitación de al lado como si estuvieran en la nuestra. Fuimos con media pensión y no lo recomiendo. No es barato y después hay que pagar las bebidas aparte, incluso el agua, y muchos platos tienen suplemento. Mejor pedir de carta, son raciones grandes. En el desayuno, por debajo del nivel que se espera en un Parador. Yogures industriales, cereales en cajas, pocas opciones, camareros desganados a los que había que perseguir para todo, las tazas, las jarras con el café... En otro hotel habría sido suficiente, en los Paradores la experiencia de cliente suele ser mucho mejor.
