Downfall of stay: Wifi did not work in my room. Asked twice to get it repaired, and I was challenged back that it worked when it wasn't. Shared proof of this even. The following day, before I was leaving it was fixed. Conclusion: No access to wifi during my stay, this is not a 4 star hotel service at all. No solution, no offering of changing rooms, nothing. I checked previous reviews late, and this is a known issue. Therefore, if you have to work during your stay or need to access the internet as you don't have roaming or internet access on your phone, don't stay here. It is not worth the money although it is in a beautiful location. Also, to the Manager who will also add an automated reply to this comment that you are reading all suggestions and ensuring to improve in the future, you are not clearly and don't waste time answering me at all, I won't read it.

Breakfast fantastic. Staff great. Location beautiful.

The pool was out of action. It was 34 degrees! This could and should have been working.

Large room with seating area. Dinner in the restaurant was good. Nice food good service and pleasant surroundings.

Lack of tea making facilities. Lighting in dinning room very bright. The free car parking was at bottom of a steep hill

La finca, el mobiliario

A pesar de tener movilidad reducida, no me quisieron dejar aparcar cerca de la entrada, y encima pagando
