Minura Hotel Sur Menorca

Par où commencer, concernant l’hôtel pour ma part il ne vos absolument pas 4*, les chambre sont pas aussi belle que sur les photos, les murs cassés, salle de bain très petite,draps sale. l’hôtel est beau de l’extérieur et dans le hall mais c’est tout, les odeurs désagréables. Pour parler du buffet , par contre très t’es bon avec du choix donc sur ça rien à dire. Et pour le personnel, ont tient à remercier samantha,et d’autres personnes qu’on a pas pu prendre le prenom qui accueil toujours avec le sourire et qui essaye de parler avec nous malgré la barrière de la langue mais par contre un certain Pedro qui nous montre clairement qu’on est pas les bienvenus c’est dommage. L’hôtel est bien pour une famille avec des enfants car il y a beaucoup d’activité (mini parc, piscine, toboggan géant, spectacle le soir et j’en passe) donc sympa mais je ne reviendrai pas

Very clean,selection of food was excellent. Staff were very pleasant and the animation team were first class. All ideal for ourselves and our nine year old grandson.

We chose the hotel because of the waterpark and that was really fun. The rooms were quite small for us as a family, but maybe we should have taken a bungalow. The rooms were though quite expensive for its low comfort. Food etc was ok. The hotel shows were great and the animations for adults (sport games) were so much fun too. We laughed so much..Mario, Francesco, Valerie etc were just awesome people. The hotel is not attached to any beach, which we usually like..but there was a waterpark. Public transportation was also very convenient from the hotel.

Hotel was good and conveniently located. Water park opposite was amazing. Had pool view room so had lots of noise from the hotel until 11pm. Air con unit was poor. Wifi was poor. Sink blocked from first day but hotel fixed it straight away. Sheets not changed daily. Some new towels had stains.

Fin utsikt från rum med havsutsikt. Mycket underhållning på kvällarna, roligt för de som deltar, mycket ljud till samtliga rum för de som inte gör det. Flera bord och platser utomhus, men man får bara äta inomhus. Mycket liv vid poolområdet på kvällarna. Städningen utan anmärkning. För cykeluthyrning hänvisar hotellet till en annan ort. Hotellet kräver förskottsbetalning av halva beloppet en tid innan via ett meddelande på spanska, vilket är ovanligt och kom som en överraskning (det står att detta ska framgå på hotels.com, men det märkte vi inte). Detta belopp återbetalas inte vid senare avbokning. Poolen är bra. Rummet mindre, men funktionellt. Bra storlek på badrummet, dock trång duschkabin. Ett charterhotell med långa korridorer och typiska gäster, helt enkelt, på gott och ont.

My son got food poisoning with temperature up to 39 from hotel food, another kid also got food poisoning and went to hospital on the same day food is no where near fresh.Additional charges for: using water park 6 p.d, changing towels 6, natural coffee at the bar 1,5. Even for all inclusive option. At the main restaurant natural cofee is not available. Overall feels like all inclusive is like cheap option by the way they act to you. Im not going there again even for free...
