Bom apartamento. Bem localizado

O banho ah o banho. O box para o banho é ridículo de tão pequeno. Se o sabonete cair não tem como regata-lo.

Mooi appartement, iedere dag schoonmaak, ligging ideaal, vriendelijk personeel.

Wij vonden het matras heel erg hard.

Het appartement was ruim en schoon. Het lag zeer centraal en alles was heel makkelijk te belopen. Personeel was erg behulpzaam, sprak uitstekend engels want mijn spaans was dat zeker niet. Ons appartement lag niet aan de straatkant en was erg rustig. Wel wat gebrom van de lift. Het enige minpuntje was de douche, terwijl de badkamer heel ruim is en er zeker ruimte is voor een inloopdouche, is deze douche cabine echt toe aan vervanging. Werkt ok, maar is erg onhandig en klein. Dat is werkelijk het enige minpuntje! We hadden zes overnachtingen en hebben genoten van alles!

Apartamento muy céntrico, cerca de los museos principales de Bilbao, bien equipado, amplio y confortable. Personal muy atento, educado y amable, con mención especial para Isabel. Muy recomendable.

Nos gustó todo

Great location, within walking distance of most attractions. Comfortable beds and sofas. Well equiped with the basics. POD coffee machine and coffee provided. Able to store bags on leaving day. All very clean.

The floor tiles in the kitchen were noisy and need replacing.

The taxi dropped us at the end of the road and the property was quite easy to find. As we had only travelled from San Sebastián by coach we asked if we could get early access which we were able to do. The apartment was very spacious and we had booked the two bed to gain more space. The main bedroom was a very good size, the other we used for a dressing room/storage. The bathroom was huge and had a great multi-spray shower, including a shower gel dispenser. The kitchen was great, and had a washing machine and a dishwasher. It was well equipped even if the plates were a little bit random. The microwave was quite high but my husband being taller managed to work it. We made use of the facilities and ate in for all 3 nights. There are plenty of supermarkets nearby and a great shop Pio Pio which sold homemade dinners and desserts. The apartment was very quiet for a city centre and the reception team were very helpful. They helped us to book a taxi back to the airport on our last morning. Great location, 20 minute walk to the Guggenheim museum and river. Great outside parks to sit in too.

Light in kitchen was very intermittent, often not working. We could have done with two pillows on the double bed as both had coughs and sleeping propped up would have helped. There was a restaurant on site but only served meals 1300-1500.
