This hotel is in a great position, the hotel is very quiet for a good night's sleep and the room was very comfortable.

Awesome place, very clean, great breakfast, awesome views, friendly staff

The staff was very friendly and beyond helpful several times. Very comfortable sitting area beyond the lobby. There is a piano in the next room that was often being played. Not sure if a staff member or guest was playing...but it was a nice touch. Bed was very firm. Not to my liking, but that's a personal preference. The elevator was slow and a bit scary, but got us there every time. I loved staying in the medieval part of San Gemini. Bar Centrale had good gelato, but the best gelato in town is at Bar Paritti, which happens to be closer to the hotel...bonus!

Nice pwople and staff. Feel welcome. Will stay there again. Perfect location and convenient with free parking. Good breakfast. Good information about cultural activities nearby.

Amazing hotel with view of the Terni plain

We booked this hotel mainly because of the free available parking, free wifi and the air conditioner however, none of these were right, the free parking is actually a street parking that in the evening, young people like to gather near the hotel and occupy any fee parking available close to the hotel, we had to park far away and walk to the hotel in the night. The air conditioner only works in the afternoon, they turn it off from evening till next day afternoon and the room temperature was 29 degrees during the night and very warm of which, they never mentioned to us at check-in. Last, internet connectivity is very slow. Very disappointed and not transparent hotel. Last, for breakfast, it is a small one with mainly sweets, which was okay but not as expected.

Hotel and front desk clerk was amazing. Renovated 500 year old property located right next to the ancient part of the city. Breakfast was nice and fresh. Absolutely nothing bad to say about this hotel. Ten out of a ten

If you are going to San Gemini (which is a destination) I highly recommend this hotel. The staff is nice and helpful and most speak English. There is little to do in this town, but if you are looking for a quiet night where everything is adorable, the people are nice and want a WONDERFUL restaurant -Taverna Del Torchio - this is a great stop on your trip!

I made a last minute decision to stay in San Gemini for one night and was very pleased to discover this amazing town, it Medieval Festival which was taking place that day, and probably the best hotel od the entire trip. It is obvious that there has been a lot of renovation that has taken place, but you truly feel like you are in a palace.
