The property is not flexible at all, they have a pest, little not far from beach

Good hotel , but no kettle n the room , and you had to be up at 730 to get a bed by the pool 😡😡

Fabulous location incredibly clean and well situated for shops and restaurants will definitely return

Had a family break there for a week. The hotel is well situated, great rooms and a good pool. Top marks for the housekeeping team as the hotel runs a military cleaning operation of rooms and all communal areas. We were pleased that we didn’t book all inclusive mainly because of all the local restaurants to choose from each evening. We did however eat breakfast each day in the hotel which was good value once you got over the wastage that the poor hotel must incur due to the gluttony of people stockpiling plates of food!

Friendly, enjoyeble stay, kids had discos every evening, pools clean, only damp smell in a room....

The room was noisy and they forgot to do room service one day and after asking then several times, they only brought us towels without performing the room clean-up. One night the fire alarm in the asile, false activated and made everyone woken up, after 5 min. they deactivated it. The place was good enough, close to everywhere. Stuff were friendly except the receptions!!!

Great location. Friendly staff. Buffet breakfast is excellent. Wifi is terrible and very unreliable. Main pool is not heated and was freezing. Kids pool heated so adult one should be too.

We enjoyed our time in hotel best. The clean and renovated rooms are large with 2 comfortable double beds,including extras eg safes and fridges. Travelling as a couple we didn’t use most of the facilities for families but everything is there. We got a bit fed up with the loud music round the pool some days but it’s a family hotel. The food was very varied, different theme nights, so something for everyone but sometimes a bit cold. Would we go again, probably. .

Another great stay at this hotel and looking forward to staying there again in April. The new dinning room and buffet area are better than before and the hotel is really clean. Pillows very flat but didn’t ask at reception so I am sure this could’ve been resolved by me. They did not have an ironing board in the rooms or available at reception which would be a very, very small improvement.

I paid £800 for a 7 night stay, 3 tvs in the room and non worked asked receptionist about this on multiple occasions to be told an engineer would call and fix it not once did any one come, had to pay for kettle in room even though is states on website that this is avalible! Cleaners where so friendly as where snack bar workers but everyone else in hotel where rude and unhelpful! Worth telling people that you can only pay card in hotel to purchase anything! The roof top pool needs to be paid to access! Cockroaches in room and told reception about this issue and they couldn’t care less
