Location was good and was a 24 hour reception

Room itself was dirty, really poor value for money as it clearly was not as advertised. Dirty pool too which clearly isn't looked after. Staff were always present but uninterested in listening to any problems, let alone fixing any problems with the room, noticed we werent the only ones with these issues too. As for the staff by the bar/pool, one was hostile with guests and was too busy chatting to her mate who was trying to sell junk to us, who wasnt a guest, even though it was a private pool. Not sure how that one works. Thankfully it was only two nights and we spent minimum time here, would not come to this "hotel" if you paid us to. My advice to anyone would be to stay well clear of this place , its a hotel in name only and there are far better places in the area to stay in.
