First of all our stay was quite a relaxing and enjoyable experience and I wouldn't say we left feeling like we had a bad time. However there were a bunch of issues that we felt hindered the experience. We booked as a couple to stay a week expecting a Double Bed but on arrival we found out room had two singles pushed together that constantly shifted and moved around from each other. which wasn't exactly ideal. Which seemed to be also the case on other rooms as we could hear them moving around constantly each day. The WiFi was just awful. Not that the signal was bad but half the internet is inaccessible and doesn't load. We couldn't even get on the hotel's own website, Google or news sites. Certain apps like YouTube and WhatsApp were fine but come on. In 2026 we shouldn't be limiting access to grown adults. It seems like it's a firewall problem but I'm not sure. Probably my biggest pet peeve of the entire stay was the internet being subpar. Throughout certain areas of the hotel there's a distasteful smell of something off, like sewage. Very noticeable when entering the bottom floor near the buffet area. The food rules were not very clear in the buffet area. Sometimes we seemed to be able to take food to our room and other times we wouldn't be allowed. The walls feel very paper thin. We could hear a lot of what was going on in neighbouring rooms. Besides these things everything else was good. The staff were really great, especially the bar staff. The location is good and the local shopkeepers were very helpful.

I used this hotel on an all-inclusive basis. Every meal was delicious. I also liked that there was a wide variety of drinks to enjoy.

The soundproofing was nonexistent. I couldn’t sleep because of the noise from the room next door. However, I appreciated that the reception handled it well. There was a slight smell from the bathroom in the room. The same smell was also present on the restaurant floor, which was unpleasant.

La comida,maliiisima y el ruido,las paredes parecen de papel y niños jugando con la pelota por el pasillo de las habitaciones y nadie les dijo nada. El todo incluido,no es todo incluido.Nos quisieron cobrar 7 euros por unir las camas con una cinta.La zona VIP no está incluida 15 euros por día y por persona.Estuve toda la noche del sábado al domingo y parte de la mañana del domingo vomitando todo lo que comí,algo en mal estado.

I recently stayed at this 4-star all-inclusive hotel and overall had a mixed experience. The reception staff were unfortunately quite rude and not very welcoming, which was disappointing as it’s the first impression of the hotel. In contrast, the restaurant service staff were very friendly and attentive, which made dining more enjoyable. The bar staff seemed stressed most of the time and didn’t appear very happy, which affected the atmosphere around the bar area. The food was generally good, especially the poolside options, which I really enjoyed. However, I think the main restaurant could improve by offering more vegetarian choices. It would also be great to have a live cooking station at least once during the stay, particularly for fresh omelettes at breakfast. On a very positive note, housekeeping was excellent. The rooms were kept very clean and well-maintained every day, which made the stay more comfortable. Overall, the hotel has good potential, with great food and excellent cleanliness, but the service—especially at reception and the bar—could be improved to match the 4-star standard.

Melone und Annas waren die Highlights, beim Frühstück und Abendessen, jedoch auch eher befriedigend/gut.

Over all, kein 4 Sterne, eher 2. Extrem laut. Alle Nachbarn im Umkreis von 10-20 m konnte man hören. Auch nachts, bei Nachbarn mit Kleinkind, hieß das schlaflose nächte. Ein Zimmerwechsel wae auf Nachfrage nicht möglich. Essen Fleisch Fleisch Fleisch und fett. Essen teilweise kalt. Wenn es mal was anderes aus Fleisch pur gab, war häufig Fleisch mit gekocht. Also für Vegetarier sehr wenig Auswahl. Salat oder Salat oder in fett triefend es Gemüse. Jeden Tag das selbe. Speiseraum extrem laut und stank immer nach Fett. Immer wieder das gleiche. Silberfische und Wanzen am Zimmer. Duschwasser hat sich beim duschen im Badezimmer verteilt. Da undicht und falsche schräge.

Atendieron nuestras peticiones especiales de manera que nos facilitaron una habitación en la planta más alta y esquinada y con buenas vistas y prepararon las dos camas individuales juntas a modo de cama de matrimonio. Baño con ducha estupenda. En definitiva una habitación bastante espectacular. Muy agradable el personal del comedor, especialmente Charo y Lava, con quienes tuvimos ocasión de charlar. Desayuno bastante completo y diverso.

No hay aparcamiento en el hotel y el público más cercano está muy concurrido. No prepararon ningún evento ni decoración con motivo de San Valentín. El horario de cena termina demasiado pronto para los españoles.
