Limited drinks option and slow lift

Arrived 4th May flight was delayed so ended up late arrival. Received a low floor as requested however smelt of sewers opened the balcony door to a carpark and apartment block not ideal views. A cockroach was found in the room i explained to reception they said maids will clean which they did and didnt see anymore that week. No ramp to the baby pool! So basically had to lift pushchair up and down every day. Food OK always something to have. Desserts lovely! No music around the pool during day time. Mini disco for kids which is OK. Play park. Staff are friendly they always chatty through out the day. We did have a lovely time but think i would chose a different hotel in future. Hotel is good location from shops bars beach.

My partner and I have just stayed at this hotel for a week, and left this morning. Unfortunatey, this was not the hotel for us, and we will not return. Rooms: The rooms are generally nice, however there was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom, I think this was coming from the drains. The soaps in the bathroom were not topped up or replenished for three days in a row, which resulted in us having to use our own body wash and shampoo. The walls are paper thin, and myself and my partner were woken up multiple times in the night every night, the last night was the worst when the room next door left their TV on loud all night, so we were exhausted due to lack of sleep as we had to be up for our flight at 6.00am - you can literally hear everything in the neighbouring rooms. Food: Breakfast was nice, maybe serve hashbrowns instead of chips? Lunch and dinner were hit and miss, on a couple of occasions all of the food on our plate was luke warm or cold, and not hot, so we ended up leaving everything on a couple of evenings, for a 4 star you expect food to be hot. We felt the meat qualities were poor, and the food very repetitive. Toast machines need updating - you just stood for ages waiting for your toast. On two occasions I witnessed the birds pecking/ eating the food out of the trays in the snack area - the bar staff just stood and watched and did nothing about this - if that happened in the UK environmental health would close you down. Drinks: limited options on cocktails, and most of the time were not made with alcohol, so we stopped getting them. Staff: Generally staff were polite, however, some staff were also rude. We went into the downstairs bar for a drink, in which we were told no it is closed even though it states it is open 10am - 12am. We were told that we needed to go outside - it was raining, so you are telling me the pool bar is the only bar open in the whole hotel when it is raining? We went upstairs to our room without a drink. Pool: No music around the pool at all and a lack of atmosphere. This is the first time we have stayed at a hotel where there is no music around the pool - it just felt quite depressing. Sports bar: bar service was closed every night, so had to go all the way downstairs for a drink even though it was open and you could use this bar? You expect a bar to be open in a 4 star hotel. Location: Fantastic location, just a short stroll to the beach/ resort from the hotel. Cleanliness: the hotel was immaculate inside and out, and staff clearly work very hard to maintain this level of cleanliness. In general we felt this hotel could improve in so many areas, and for this reason we would not return to this hotel chain in the nead future.

The meat from the “ meat and fish station “ was cold and the lady that was working in the station looked bored with her job.

A noisy hotel, largely full of drunk British people screaming, shouting, vomiting, late at night. Doors slamming all night long. I barely slept for the entire week. My room was very clean, functional with beautiful views, but the walls were thin. The shower was amazing! The food was delicious and the restaurant staff work very hard. It can be noisy, so I used to go at the end of service when most people had eaten. I didn't go to the entertainment, but could hear it clearly from my room which was two floors above. I did meet some lovely people who improved the whole experience for me, but it was not the relaxing holiday that I had hoped for. Please don't stay here if you value peace and quiet. I would recommend paying a bit more for a much better quality hotel.

Clean. Good location near the bus stop. Lovely helpful friendly staff. Pool was lovely.

Pool not open early or late enough. Bar was not open in the sport bar area. Only one place for drinks during the day.

Stayed 28 April until 5May . Love this Hotel staff are all friendly and welcoming, Plenty of choice for food .Great location and surrounded by Bars and Restaurants for those who like to eat out .I will be returning to hotel soon . I have stayed here multiple times

Definitely not a 4 star - very disappointed. - No pool towels - Rude reception staff - No ramp access to kids swimming pool for pushchairs so have to carry pushchair up some stairs - Rooms aren’t toddler friendly - door doesn’t shut on bathroom so toddler constantly trying to get in there - Need token to get a drink even though got an all inclusive wristband - Can’t connect to wifi at some parts of hotel - Birds on the outside pool bar food - No music around the pool - pool doesn’t open till 10am - You have to pay to do the evening entertainment ? - Not a pleasant smell around the hotel

My wife and i went to this hotel last year (2025) and had a great time so we booked for this year .The hotel is clean and well represented and the staff are polite and cheerfull.But this year the hotel was invaided by large hen parties and birthday groups .These groups were loud ,day and night and took over the dinning areas and pool areas there was constant noise all the time due to them all being drunk . Shouting in the corridors at 2 and 3 in the morning .We will not be coming back again .We aired our disapointment to jet 2 also.

This is the 2nd time since last year we've visited this lovely Hotel. Last year with our son and again from the 27th to today 30th with our granddaughter in room 211. It's absolutely spotless, food was lovely, so much to choose from. Wonderful staff, always smiling, helpful and very hardworking. I'm so shocked at the negative reviews sometimes . All I can say is please ignore them. Absolutely brilliant! We will be back. Margaret, Stuart and Chantell.
