"Nice place but below average experience."

The site is beautiful, and I liked the themed rooms. They’re spacious and luminous during the day. The staff was nice and helpful, except for the receptionist.

The receptionist was extremely rude, and the restaurant service could have been better for a gastronomic restaurant (we weren’t asked about dessert at the beginning of our meals, and then were told we couldn’t order dessert later, the meat wasn’t tender enough…). Several pillows in the room were dirty.
