"Exceptional"

It’s the second time that we are coming to this beautiful establishment, we always feel at home. It’s the best hotel in the whole region. We recomend this establishment to anyone who wants to experience the best taste of France, gastronomy, the best service, the best comfort. The spa is fantastic and the pools are wonderful outside and inside.The employees make sure that you feel comfortable.

"Fabulous "

Fantastic hotel with attentive staff, cosy and clean room. Restaurant was fabulous, food great and lovely wine selection. It was a quick overnight stay so didn’t get chance to use the spa but will definitely visit again sometime.

It’s location was excellent- just off the motorway

Our room was very hot - it had a large air blower, not A/C and so it was very uncomfortable sleeping

We happened upon this place and it was like entering an oasis. Superb in every respect - room, pool, spa, restaurant, breakfast, staff. This place is an absolute gem.

"Beautiful and memorable"

A beautiful hotel with superb facilities, the Spa area was exceptional. The breakfast had a wide choice and an extra touch was the hotel director (I believe) adding a personal touch to greeting and looking after guests. Special thanks to the extremely helpful man at reception when we arrived, a real credit to the hotel.

A disabled (blue badge) space close to the hotel entrance would be helpful. In the restaurant the waiting staff could be more available, empty glass for long periods trying to get attention. Three walks to request service, each time told "2 minutes ", we gave up on one evening, another evening got served a glass of hot red wine after 30 minutes. Sorry for this negative but it did impact what was the most wonderful meal from an amazing chef.
