Avevo chiesto per mail una camera ai piani alti....invece mi è stata data al piano terra.....colazione ai limiti della decenza....solo la persona di servizio alle colazioni è stata molto accogliente e gentile....la reception non all'altezza di un hotel sia come personale che come location

le due titolari sempre simpatiche e disponibili per ogni esigenza colazione favolosa su terrazza vista lago, le camere davvero comode con parecchie prese corrente un bel terrazzino vista piscina la pulizia davvero impeccabile .

Moderne hotell i fredelige omgivelser, med både Bardolino og Lazise en kort sykkeltur unna. Enda nærmere er havna i Cisano som også har flere gode restauranter. Vi ble tatt svært godt imot, og alle som jobber der var hyggelige og hjelpsomme. God og rikholdig frokost servert i spisesal/-terrasse med utsikt over sjøen, der vi om kvelden fikk servert drinker.

If you're looking for a great place by Lake Garda – this is the one. Located just a few meters from the lake, the hotel offers a spacious underground free parking garage, a bar that's open all day for reasonable prices, and a generous breakfast served on the rooftop terrace with a stunning view. The pool area is fantastic, featuring comfortable sun loungers and a beautiful view over Lake Garda. The hotel owners go above and beyond to make every guest feel welcome and well taken care of. We highly recommend this place!

All was excellent!

The hotel was so clean and looks great upon arrival. The underground car park was really helpful too as we rented a car for our stay. There was always a space free for when we needed it. There is always someone on the reception desk to help with anything you need. Room was clean and perfect size for what we needed. The roof terrace was amazing with great views and perfect place to have breakfast. Plenty of items to choose from for breakfast. Pool was always clean and perfect size for the hotel. Plenty of sunloungers to use as well. The daytime food had small menu but as a snack option, it was great. So quick and easy to order, along with the drinks too. Great prices for that and so nice to just settle the bill at the end so don't have to carry money around with us all the times. Then the location was amazing! 30 seconds walk from the lake and about 5 mins walk to restaurants, where there are about 5 of them to choose from so didn't feel the need to venture any further!
