In primis l' accoglienza e la disponibilità di Francesca, la titolare; la colazione ricca per qualita e assortimento (dolce e salato) decisamente in offerta x il costo richiesto. La posizione, a due passi dalla spiaggia e da varie occasioni di ristorazione e intrattenimento serale.

Dettagli tipo la mancanza di un ascensore, ma, essendo la struttura a due piani, poco significativo.
