It is a charming rustic venue, and the restaurant has its own kitchen where they prepare homemade local dishes. The staff were extremely lively and polite.

The check in and check out process can only be handled by the owner, which I understand, as it shows he is very involved in managing his business. However, my experience was not positive. I had to wait a good amount of time at the reception desk in both moments, and although the sign saying “if you are in a rush, come back next time” makes sense for travellers, the issue for me was the owner’s attitude. During check out, the owner pointed out that my booking had been made without paying in advance, which is fair. However; the fact that I stayed at the desk and waited in the queue with other guests shows clearly that I was open to communication and ready to resolve things properly. Despite this, the way he spoke to me made me feel as if I had intentionally done something wrong; which was uncomfortable and humiliating. This was far from the experience I expected, and it left me with the impression that guests may be treated differently.
