It was difficult to locate it

Excelente ubicación, todo pillaba cerca, el personal de recepción muy amable, nos dieron información muy clara de cómo acceder al hotel. Las camas son muy cómodas.

Die Unterkunft hat eine tolle Atmosphäre und ist mit Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet. Die Küche war mit allem ausgestattet, was wir brauchten. Die Lage ist super!

Das Bett war kaputt. Eine Stütze hat gefehlt, eine Stütze war schräg, wodurch das Bett schief war. Wir sagten an der Rezeption Bescheid, doch nichts geschah. Keine Reparatur, keine Entschädigung. Der Wasserschlauch in der Dusche war zu kurz, wodurch man ihn nicht an der Wand befestigen konnte. Das war nicht sehr komfortabel. Das Personal hat nur wenig Englisch gesprochen und konnte nicht helfen.
