Posizione ottimale, ma a uno stato di degrado a un costo eccessivo va bene portarsi tutto da casa era passabile ma almeno i materassi da poter dormire quello era obbligatorio 2 notti inpossibilati di dormire xe il materasso era talmente sfondato da nn riuscire a starci, mobili presi da una discarica,acqua dello scaldabagno fredda quindi doccia fredda troppi soldi 0 servizio

Nn abbiamo potuto nemmeno farci un caffè la mattina xe la signora ci ha lasciato con una bombola del gas vuota,nn c'era nemmeno un coltello e cucchiaino per poter mangiare quello che abbiamo portato freddo naturalmente

E' un peccato che una struttura del genere, per posizione e spazi, sia oggetto di parziale abbandono per manutenzione carente, arredo datato e personale altalenante negli umori e nella presenza (a parte la signora Ilaria che si prodiga ad ogni richiesta)

Vorrei evitare di sparare sulla croce rossa.....

The property is walking distance to ocean with great restaurants and bars nearby. Check in was quick though we were taken by surprise of added fees for linen per person. I did go back to read Expedia property details and this is stated as part of additional fees. I would not have reserved this room as it was already overpriced without added fees. After they showed us to our room we were told we would be given WIFI info. While a password was provided, it did not work. We asked 2 times and were given the same information each time and never gained access. The room itself was lacking in cleanliness and hygiene. We had to call for help and staff was very upset about this. We were in the dark because the lightbulb was not correctly installed. The shower handle had fallen off when it was turned on and scalded my hand when trying to shut it off ultimately flooding the bathroom. We asked to get this issue fixed too. The maintenance person yelled at us the entire time he was fixing stuff around the unit. We felt unsafe at this point but had no where else to go so we stayed the night. Upon checking out, we were verbally harassed and called imbecile because we left the key on the table in the room as they had instructed us to do. It has been the WORST hotel experience in all of my travel history. STAY AWAY from this place. I am concerned that EXPEDIA would allow this property be listed with as many safety hazards and nonexistent customer care.

Mi è piaciuta la vicinanza al mare e il servizio parcheggio sempre disponibile.

La struttura è vecchia, così come gli arredamenti, obsoleti, logori, ogni cosa che toccavi sembrava cadere a pezzi. Entrati in stanza abbiamo trovato l'anta laterale del letto a terra, la doccia microscopica con anche lei un'anta rotta, che faceva allegare il bagno ogni volta che veniva usata, spazi in generale ristrettissimi e una fragranza di chiuso forse dovuto ai mobili antichi.

Posizione ottima, vicino alla spiaggia sia libera che privata. Stanza climatizzata e si stava bene. Doccia e bagno funzionanti . Utile la presenza della cucina e del frigo per chi volesse utilizzarla. Bello anche il terrazzo

Il letto non mi è piaciuto perché...il cuscino era molto duro e il materasso scomodo. Poche prese elettriche nella camera. Arredo un pó vecchiotto.

Nothing, the place was a scam

Terrible experience – avoid this place Our stay at this hotel was a complete scam. The host was extremely rude and didn’t speak any English, which made communication almost impossible.There was no attempt to help or be welcoming. The room was in awful condition – absolutely not like the photos. There were dead bugs inside the light fixtures, screws sticking out of the walls, and holes throughout. The bed was terrible, and the pillows were not even suitable for sleeping. On the balcony, there was exposed air conditioning machinery and a gas tank for the kitchen, which we couldn’t use. Mold was clearly visible in the shower and bathroom accessories. We were traveling with our 8-month-old daughter and were genuinely worried about hygiene and safety. The room’s standards were completely unacceptable. There weren’t even working sockets to charge our phones! Unfortunately, there’s no space to upload more photos to show how bad it really was. It was by far the worst accommodation we've ever stayed in, and it's shocking that this place is even listed on Booking.com.
