A surcharge of EUR 10 per hour or fraction of hour applies for arrivals outside check-in hours. All requests for late arrival are subject to confirmation by the property. You can bring your own bed linen and towels or rent them on site at EUR 15 per person/per stay. Sleeping bags are not accepted as bed linen. If a guest has only sleeping bags, the rent of the bed linen will be mandatory. The guest is responsible for the final cleaning of the flat. In case the guest will not clean the apartment the property will charge 15€/person. This extra is included when the guest rents bed linen and towels. Please make sure that the name on the credit card used for the booking corresponds to the guest staying at the property. Otherwise, a third-party authorization by the cardholder must be submitted when booking. Please note that the credit card used for the booking must be shown at check-in. Please note that the unit cost € 5.30 per cubic yard for gas and 0.50 / kW for electricity.This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Payment before arrival by bank transfer is required. The property will contact you after you book to provide instructions. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. This property is accessible by an unpaved road, which might not be suitable for some vehicles. A deposit may be required at the property.
