If you are just walking or using the city bikes, it can be just a bit far from the city center. Valencia is huge. But that is not a problem about the place itself, the apartments and the region were just perfect.

The apartment was quite large and comfortable. There was a washer and dryer in the basement which was convenient. Vicente was very helpful

My two friends and I stayed in a two bedroom apartment on the 10th floor and had a fantastic experience overall. The standout feature for us was the reception team. They were absolutely amazing throughout our stay and consistently went above and beyond to help. On one particularly busy day, we were unable to book tickets for the Oceanogràfic online ourselves, but the reception staff stepped in and helped us secure a booking. Their local knowledge and willingness to assist made a huge difference to our trip. The apartments are linked to a bike hire service, which was another great convenience. We hired e-bikes during our stay, and the reception team let us know as soon as they arrived and even stored them safely in the lobby area for us. When it came time to leave, they also offered to store our luggage after checkout without us even having to ask, allowing us to enjoy our final day in Valencia without dragging our bags around. I was surprised to read some reviews mentioning an under stocked kitchen. We prepared our own breakfasts and packed lunches every day and found the kitchen had everything we needed. If there had been anything missing, I have every confidence that the reception team would have helped if asked. The location worked really well for us. It’s about a 10 minute walk from the nearest metro station, around 5 minutes from a bus stop, and roughly a 30 minute walk to the Old Town. It’s also ideally positioned next to the beautiful Turia Gardens, which stretch towards the Old Town in one direction and the City of Arts and Sciences in the other. This made exploring Valencia by bike both easy and enjoyable and was one of our favourite parts of the trip. Our apartment on the 10th floor was clean, comfortable and had great views. My only minor criticism would be that the beds in the twin room were positioned very close together, to the point where they felt more like a double bed than two separate singles. It wasn’t a major issue for us, but it may be worth noting for friends travelling together who prefer a bit more space. Overall, Apartmentos Plaza Picasso offered excellent value, outstanding customer service and a great location for exploring Valencia. We would definitely stay here again and wouldn’t hesitate to recommend it to others.
