La posizione dell’hotel è ottimale per visitare Limone sul Garda, il parcheggio poi è comodissimo. La colazione è buona e con tante opzioni, dolci e salate.

I cuscini li abbiamo trovati molto scomodi. Lo staff dell’hotel è stato in generale molto gentile, a parte un episodio capitato con il ragazzo alla reception, che, nonostante avessimo la ricevuta del pagamento effettuato precedentemente, insisteva che tale pagamento fosse ancora da saldare. Una volta mostrata la ricevuta, ha continuato a chiedere il pagamento, questa volta della tassa di soggiorno, anche questa già pagata in anticipo (come si vedeva nella causale). Abbiamo trovato il suo atteggiamento molto scorretto e poco professionale, dal momento che questo era un regalo e abbiamo dovuto chiedere, a chi ci ha fatto il regalo se avesse effettivamente pagato. Anche perché sarebbe bastato semplicemente controllare una seconda volta, o per lo meno scusarsi una volta capito l’errore, cosa mai fatta. -Leonora

Idealna lokalizacja, przy samym deptaku. Świetny widok z balkonu na jezioro . Parking 2min, wygodny, duży. Śniadania ok, w restauracji na dole, przy samym deptaku i praktycznie przy samym jeziorze. Uprzejmy personel. Polecam zdecydowanie :)
