Nice room, comfy bed, friendly staff, central location, breakfast in the bed (you get a knock on the door at the time of your choosing)

1.) The breakfast was all sweet (croissant, jam, fruit, coffee), which is probably normal in Italy, not so normal elsewhere... 2.) The bedroom is fine, but the bathroom and the corridors can feel a little dirty and worn down, with a bit of mold in the shower, doors that won't close unless locked, and a toilet that sounds like a rocket taking off after you flush. Also the water boiler makes some crazy noises, adding to the overall feeling of the whole Catania barely holding together.

The location Is excellent. The Bernadettini Monastery is very near. A must visit. The main cathedral square is 10 minutes walk away. Hundreds of restaurants there. The single room is very cute. ( It's not red as the picture shows) but tastefully painted. Quiet room. Mina is very welcoming. Also easy to walk to airport bus stop.

El alojamiento está ubicado en zona céntrica, a 10min caminando del centro de Catania. La habitación es correcta para su precio, y aunque el desayuno te lo llevan a la habitación (no hay comedor), es bastante completo (zumo, cafe, bollo con mermeladas).

La cama era de muelles, bastante incómoda, y la cisterna/grifo del baño hacían ruido al tirar de la cadena o abrir el grifo.

La struttura accusa il peso degli anni e avrebbe bisogno un po' di manutenzione e qualche miglioria. La colazione deludente, considerato che siamo a Catania e non ci vorrebbe molto a offrire qualche "delizia" locale e magari un succo d'arancia fresca, anziché le solite fette biscottate con nutella e/o marmellata, una brioscina "commerciale" e un bicchiere di succo ACE.

The breakfast was great, and it was wonderful that it was delivered to the room.

There was a night when the owners had a small dinner party. It was very upsetting not being able to rest because at midnight they were still whistling and making other mild noises.
