El.personal es súper agradable, atento y amable. Chiqui park para los niños está súper bien y los monitores.

Por donde empiezo, limpieza nada bien, los amenitis no tienen osea q si se te olvida un cepillo olvídate ...ni pasta de dientes nada, Pides algo extra como toallas de baño no te las dejan ,eso es misión imposible. Y las q te dejan la limpieza de estás deja mucho q desear. Habitación nada cómoda, nada para poder tender bañadores ni toallas de la piscina, solo un sillón en la habitación. Una terraza q da a la calle y estás viendo a las personas pasear q casi se puede meter directamente en ella. Las instalaciones son todas con falta de mantenimiento todas incluyendo piscinas...

el buffet en el desayuno, muchas opciones y muy variadas el personal de animación muy agradable aunque las actividades eran un poco cortas y escasas.

Había un empleado en recepción bastante desagradable, que no creo que esté capacitado para la atención al público y que no sabe hablar bien español. Estoy muy de acuerdo en que la mayoría del turismo en Almería es extranjero pero que mínimo que poder comunicarte con fluidez en español estando en españa. Como hablásemos entre nosotros nos reprochaba que “le hiciéramos caso” y tuvimos que bajar en 3 ocasiones a recepción porque no funcionaban las tarjetas de la habitación.
