El descontrol en toda la zona de piscinas. Gente fumando, las hamacas todas reservadas a las 09:00. La gente con colchonetas y pelotas como si nada…

La habitación a pie de piscina.

Imposible coger tumbona en la piscina. La gente reserva con su toalla desde que amanece prácticamente y se van, dejando los sitios ocupados. Nadie del personal del hotel lo controla y cuando abren la piscina está todo "ocupado".

"Volveremos seguro!"

Las zonas comunes son increíbles, maravilloso para ir con niños en familia y amigos. Destacar la limpieza de absolutamente todo. El personal muy amable en todos los sectores. Mi niña se disfruto la mini disco cada noche! Y el miniclub es un acierto total con los peques. El aquagym divertidísimo y en cuanto a la comida, era bastante buena y variada.

Las habitaciones un anticuadas (aunque súper limpias eso sí) y lo de los dos ascensores solo para semejante hotel se queda corto. Y con la bebé y el carrito había horas punta que era un poco desesperante.

• Great, friendly staff who made us feel welcome throughout our stay. kids activities staff was AMAZING! • Lovely pool and reception areas, clean and relaxing • Spacious room • Amazing location, just steps away from the beach

WiFi didn’t work at all in our room, and even downstairs in reception it was unusable. The hotel really needs to upgrade the routers and overall capacity, as reliable WiFi is essential nowadays. • Our room had a persistent drainage smell. Although staff asked housekeeping to help, this seems to require proper maintenance, not just cleaning. • Gym access is charged separately, which is surprising for a 4‑star hotel. Gym use should really be included. • The fridge was dirty/stained (see photo), which made it unpleasant to use.
