Jag övernattade inte på ert hotell.

All er kontakt med kunden skedde per mejl eller mess. Jag besökte ert hotell redan på måndag kväll för att kontrollera att min bokning var ok, men ingen personal fanns på plats och hotellet var låst. Telefonnumret jag fått gick till någon, som inte visste någonting om hur man får kontakt med hotellet. Allt verkar gå per mobil idag. Tråkigt! Aldrig mer! I fortsättningen väljer jag endast hotell med personal på plats. Om sådana längre finns?
