We felt comfortable in this hotel and treated well, help even in difficult situations

Excellant little hotel with great staff who were very friendly and helpful. The food was also very good in a spotlessly clean facility. Ideal place in the town of Sirmione.

Schönes , großzügiges Zimmer, großer Balkon mit Blick über den See, sehr gutes Frühstück. Badezimmer sehr klein, Zufahrt zum Hotel an speziellen Tagen erst nach 19:00 Uhr möglich.

Mi sono trovato ad alloggiare in questo hotel in cui spicca sicuramente la cortesia al ricevimento. Confortevoli le camere Ma assolutamente inappropriato il personale di servizio a colazione che al posto di seguire la clientela se ne stava a ridere sonoramente alle spalle di questo o di quell' ospite ( in particolare la signora di colore).

Accoglienza famigliare, Gentile e disponibile. Sono tutti molto cortesi e sorridenti. La colazione a buffet è eccellente. Tutto molto pulito ed arredato con gusto artistico. Siamo stati benissimo. Grazie di cuore. DomenIco e Hanna

This hotel is located perfectly at the end of town right at the terme! The location was quite yet so convenient to both town and the end of the peninsula. It was also perfectly located right at the entrance to the Springs. Best of all the staff was phenomenal - so kind and helpful! Highly recommended and I'll be back!

This is one of the best hotels we've ever stayed in, in terms of customer service. It's small, but every little thing is taken care of to perfection. We would particularly recommend the hotel attendant Besmir for his knowledgeable and kind assistance - every query was answered so perfectly, with research and care, and he was full of tips and tricks for a pleasant journey. The whole hotel has a real 'family' feel to it. The location is perfectly suited - it's past the Old Town of Sirmione, so it's not too busy, and just along the path to the hot springs spa and the Grottoes, both popular attractions.
