Hotel bello e ben tenuto.Camera tripla grande e spaziosa come anche il bagno. Buona colazione con parecchia scelta Piscina termale grande e pulita.. Complesso molto grande e mi e' sembrato ben organizzato con calendario eventi etc.

I had a wonderful experience at this hotel with exceptional customer service. The hotel staff helped me with any kind of requests. Furthermore, I accidentally left my jacket behind when I checked out. The staff kindly arranged a delivery quote for me and I received it in a few days. This level of kindness, attention to detail and genuine care for guests is incredibly rare. It shows that hospitality here goes far beyond simply providing accommodation. I am sincerely grateful for the extra effort and would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area. Additional recognition to one particular manager, Nelya. She kept communication professional and was very attentive to details. She is a real credit to the hotel and a wonderful example of what true hospitality looks like. Thanks for such a memorable example of outstanding customer experience and service.

Klimatyczny hotel w cichej okolicy, z pięknym choć trochę zaniedbanym parkiem, wspaniałe śniadania z dużym wyborem i jak to często w Italii bywa doskonała kawa, winda hotelowa to prawdziwy cud techniki.

W pierwszy poranek zaskoczył brak ciepłej wody ok 8:30, a w ostatnią noc pracujący agregat który hałasował przez całą noc, mimo tego ogólne wrażenie pozytywne.

Acceuil, confort et professionnalisme tout y était. Grand luxe au niveau de l'hôtel et des prestations et du restaurant.

Tout était parfait dans un cadre magnifique chargé d histoire .., vraiment une expérience unique ...je recommande vivement

Ein gediegenes Haus im besten Sinn, alt aber mit viel Charme. Unser Zimmer war modern eingerichtet, die Bettmatratzen waren gut, das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig mit Obst, Wurst, Käse, Eiern und natürlich jeder Menge leckerer Kuchen und Gebäck. Das Abendessen war sehr gut, der Service ausgesprochen aufmerksam. Das Haus liegt in einer Art Kurpark, vom Straßenverkehr ist nichts zu hören.

Wenn man nicht wegen der Therme dort ist, ist in dem kleinen Ort nicht viel los.
